Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Luxe Hair Collection. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery timeframes.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Your order will not ship until production has been completed.

Custom Orders

Every custom order is handcrafted specifically for you to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

  • Production Time: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping Time: 7–14 business days after production has been completed

Once your custom order has been completed, it will be carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Ready-to-Ship & Pre-Made Custom Orders

Our Ready-to-Ship and Pre-Made Custom Orders have already been completed and are prepared for immediate fulfillment.

  • Processing & Shipping: 1–3 business days

Orders will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Order Processing

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship every order as quickly as possible, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather conditions, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Luxe Hair Collection is not responsible for shipping delays after a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
